Thought I should post I know it's been awhile as I said I was working 80 hour weeks trying to get a new application in which went live last night so hopefully my life will go back to normal. Another thing that has happened since I last posted. My mini schnauzer Bailey had to get put to sleep last Thursday. She was sick for a week and went into a seizure and would not come out of it. We have no choice. Animals are just like part of the family and when they are gone you miss them just like a family or loved one. We will miss her dearly...

My husband bought me this for our Anniversary last month and it finally arrived... It fits all my markers with room for more.. :-) We finally got snow last night probably 3 inches or so and this morning it was only 19 degrees so I guess that means it's officially winter.. :-(

This little beauty is from the Whiff of Joy stamp kit that just came out. I finally got these babies mounted on some foam so had to ink them right up. The sayings that came with them were absolutely and they matched each image perfect. The kits are such a fabulous deal. It's like getting all the accessory and sentiments for free. This was colored with copics and i added lots of little rhinestones... Just adorable... Have a great day.

Here is another card I did this weekend with the adorable digitals from Saturated Canary on Etsy. Can't you feel that cold weather just looking at her. The paper I used was from one of the new Joann's stacks and then the flower I had in my stash. That cute punch border is from a punch I got the other day. I've used it to death already but its from EK success I just love how those punches cut through cardstock. IMO Marth punches do not punch as well as EK success. Well off to work I go have a fantastic and warm week..

Wow I can't believe it's been a month since I last posted. I have been so extremely busy it's not even funny. I took a new job at work as an Application Administrator for a new Service Management tool that needs to be set up and configured with the Go live date 1/1/12 so as you can see i've been busy busy busy and time is just cruising by. I actually found some time today to work on some cards though. This one i made for a co worker that went to Australia a couple weeks ago. Made on Kraft Card stock and colored with pencils.. Inky Antics - Honey Comb

Today I have to show you one of the cards I've done from the Inky Antics Honey comb collection. These are fun not sure how many of these I will make though because they do take some time. I wanted my inside to be finished all the way since that is the focal point of the card. The honey comb comes in sheets for like $6 a sheet. Out of one sheet I think I got 6 trees. I also used the brown and cut out a truck though you wouldn't have to cause there is a stamp to just stamp one. The birdy is one of their sets but i think they are up to a dozen or so stamp sets now. I would love to get some different ones also. Have a great day...

Paper Storage

I recently seen this idea on someones blog though I can't remember where I seen it. They used some kind of tupperware type containers for their hanging folders. This for me was a better storage idea. You can find it here at Amazon - Two Tier Rolling File Cart and I use these file folders since they could hold an inch big. As you can see it really holds alot. I separated it by Stampin up and Papertrey Ink and then the bottom right hand corner is misc divided by colors Reds - Blues - Yellows - Orange etc...

With Christmas only a few months away I have been making some Christmas cards. Isn't this little guy adorable. I got him at Archivers he is just a cheap $2.49 stamp but he is "Oh so cute". I love animal stamps they are the best and this one is simple and fast. I colored with markers and added rhinestones and gold little balls to the ornament...

The leaves are starting to change here so you know what that means.. ughhhh Anyway here is a card I made with the digital image from Wee stamps I think it was. I just love her images. I bought all the ones that were at SCAD but haven't had a chance to use them as of yet. I had posted this to Etsy but it sold already i plan on making another one probably this weekend... She's a cutie isn't she. I have to show you what I did with my paper organization also this weekend. It's all sorted now for 8 x 11... Have a great evening..

So when I seen this little image I just had to get him isn't he just the cutest. I colored him with copics. The punch is EK success I think and the paper is the Fall stack from DCWV. I added glaze to different spots on this image to make then stand out.

Well school started this week so in my book summer is officially over. I can tell in the mornings by how dark and cold it is too. Burrrr I am so not looking forward to winter and the white stuff. I don't even want to say the word it might hear me. Has anyone started christmas shopping yet? I've been thinking about it but haven't started.

Well I have been busy working on my cards during my days off. We went to State Fair for a few hours yesterday not too long. It's the same thing every year but it's always nice to walk around. Whiff of Joy - Fall Stamp Set

Ok so I have a special treat for you so far I haven't seen anyone else post this yet. I got my Whiff of Joy Fall set yesterday and OMG it was gorgeous. Take a look at this beauty. You get so much for the price you pay. You get everything on this picture plus there are probably 6 sayings that are adorable but not pictured in the picture. One I think says "Girls just want to have fun". There is a lot of coloring in these. As you can see here is the Little Mermaid one I colored up last night. I don't know about you but I find coloring very relaxing. So anyways I was disappointed I didn't order the last stamp set they had which was the adorable little school kids so I thought I would take a chance and order this one. I am so glad I did. My card is colored with mostly Copics and some pencils... I haven't decided if I should sell these or give them to friends for special occasions since they are more work than the normal for coloring. Hmmm decisions decisions... Hope everyone is having a fabulous week....

Here is a card I made with a SU set I bought last year and haven't used it yet. It's called Greeting Card Kids. I made this little gal and a Christmas gal. They are the perfect size for an A2 card. The paper I had in my stash from last year. Aren't them little witch feet great. This little gal is available in my Etsy store...

It's been warm here but it's hard to believe its August already. I know it is when I get up for work in the morning at 5am though and it's still dark outside. I hate getting up in the dark it makes it way hard for me to get up. Well have a great evening and remainder of the week.

Here is a House Mouse one I made. I haven't used this stamp in forever since I found out they are not an Angel Company which I also quit buying them because of that but I just love this image it's so dang cute. If they ever change their policies I would have a lot of catching up to do buying all the images I love... This one is colored in Copics which also if you don't know are raising their prices on 8/1 or icopics.com is raising their prices I guess I should say. I think it was like .40c per marker or refill when I figured it out. Anyways have a great day...

Since I posted this post this morning I thought you know I am just going to email House Mouse and ask them if they changed their policy and they have changed their policy on this and you can now sell their cards on Etsy. That was my exact question to them. You cannot sell stamped images that are not attached to something though as I have seen people do on Ebay.

OMG the news first. Go to this link and go to Debbie's Blog She is the first on the Daily Preview or whatever they call them for that company and then you can see another Blog and Video here at Kimberly's. They are coming out with new Spellbinders at CHA for Edges and both of those links got Videos but the tutorial one is on Kimberly's and they look FANTASTIC. I am so excited. I love my Nesties... Here is a short funny story when I was moving my stuff back upstairs i keep my Nesties in 4 regular size Stampin Up containers. Well I remember moving them but when I made a card this past weekend I went to look for them and I could not find them anywhere. I literally searched for hours for the things and was beginning to think they got thrown out. Well I could not tell you how upset I was. I think my husband thought I was crazy... he doesn't realize how much money are in those 4 little boxes probably thousands worth the dies if you think of how long they have been out and I probably have 30 sets of them. Well after hours I finally did find them stacked somewhere I can't tell you how relieved I was.... Ok onto my card.

This is one of the latest release of Lili of the Valley. Remember I said I love love love these stamps and this artist which i think as I said the other day maybe also drawing for Sugar Nellies? No I don't know that for a fact but wait till I get my stamps and I make a card I will show you what I mean. Anyways I better type fast I have work in a few minutes. Ok so this is my latest card. The spin wheel thing and I can't remember what they are called is a Die from Cat's Pajama's. I like the spin wheel but for the die you need to make 2 of them and then you fold them with the folds and then tape them together. I think they lose something when taped together but I believe it's the only way to do them. So I know there is 2 edges where they are taped and if you are looking for them then you can see them which I don't particularly care for but their dies are fantastic and as I said I do like the die... The little white one on top could be folded into a small one and then the little circle is part of the set too and then I added a pearl. Oh and those ribbon type banners are also on that die set too so you get alot of dies for the price. But it's all colored in copics of course.. But sorry to cut it short I am going to be late for work... Have a great day and check out them products and video's.

Hope everyone has a nice and relaxing day. I just got done grilling some BBQ chicken and Brats for the family and now I am heading in my scraproom to index my Papertrey Ink stamps... Big job there haha... I wish they would come out with a catalog that has what they get new every year. I even email them to tell them that but no response lol doesn't hurt to ask. Maybe in the future... I ended up making a few cards last night with my Lili Of the Valley stamps. Oh have you seen the new Sugar Nellies release. I got an email this morning that mine are postal. I wonder if its the same person that is the artist for the Lili of the Valley stamps cause the little girl looks the same... Anyways I need to take pictures of them but haven't figure out where I can set my lightbox up yet since I am so limited for space. Here are some pictures of my stuff upstairs. Well I finally got some cards done this weekend. Here is one of my new Riley stamps I got that I just had to ink up. I think I ended up making 8 different ones which I just got done posting on Etsy which I also haven't posted anything new for awhile. Now what to do with the rest of the day.. It's nice outside but too hot to just sit out there. I've been thinking about go getting some pizza and watching a DVD. Or maybe I will go and make some more cards... How are you enjoying your weekend?

So yes I am still here I've just been laying low and gearing up to do some Holiday cards. I am also in the process of documenting all my stamps. I bought these Canon Sketch 5 x 7 notebooks which have 100 pages in them and see the picture above. I am stamping all the images in them and then when I am bored I am coloring some of them just to get some color schemes. I have almost one whole notebook just of Elizabeth Bell... So far I got almost 5 notebooks full and haven't made a dent yet. If anyone knows of anyway to get Memento Ink off the fingers i would love to know. I have to take a break every other day cause i have been getting blisters on my thumb lots of stamping. I also have been going to work with black fingers. Believe me i have tried everything. I even walked through our local Archivers and tried all the ink removers on it. None worked. I tried every home ingredient i could think of even bought some stuff off the internet called Removeez which that worked better than most ingredients but still no go for 50% of the ink. Yes it wears off in a few days but I have a business job so it kind of looks funny lol.

I also moved scrap area's again. My husband plays drums so we swapped spots so the noise would be less which i love it upstairs even though it's smaller so i am still having some of my stuff stored downstairs but majority is up here. It's nice and quiet and warm. It was freezing downstairs no matter summer or winter.

Well that's enough chit chat for today. I hope everyone is enjoying summer since we are finally seeing one here in MN.

I got to work on some cards this weekend and made this one with my new Paper Trey Ink Set Fruit Fusion. There are several different fruits this is just one of them. I added those little glass balls which I can't remember what they are called I want to say like Robin Eggs or something but maybe I dreamt that anyways I have tons of them so added them to my little grapes on this set. Dad - Lili of the Valley

Sorry I've been horrible about posting lately it seems like I never have the time and then when I do the blogger website was down. Anyways I made this card a couple weeks ago using one of my new Lili of the Valley Boy's release stamps which I just love... Isn't it to cute. I colored it in copics and the background paper is Papertrey Inks.

So hasn't it been a stormy spring so far it seems like it's been one storm here after another and I forgot what the sun looks like. And those poor people in Missouri and Kansas my heart goes out to them.

As for stamping news i just got some new stamps from "love to stamp" - I believe the store is new. Of course I seen them on a blog when they were having the release and ran right over to order some. I got 4 of them so hopefully I can find the time to make some cards with them this week. One of the little gals is in a hot air balloon and I have a stamp set from Papertrey ink with Hot Air balloons so I am thinking they will go good together though I haven't looked yet.

As for reading new hmmm I just finished a great series by Jeri Smith-Ready about a gal who can see ghosts it's fabulous called Shift & Shade I don't remember which one is first off the top of my head but i think Shade is book 1. If you love Paranormal books this is the one to read. I just started Gena Showalter "The Darkest Kiss" which I believe this is Book 2 of her Lords of Underworlds series even though they don't need to be read together as they are all separate characters in the books. I like to multi task so i listen to TONS of audible books and do that while I am making my cards.

I also got this weekend some new shelves at Ikea to hold my ribbon and Marth Stewart punches well a few anyways. I will take a picture of those this weekend and show you. The shelves fit the Papertrey ink ribbon perfect and also the smaller rolls of Stampin Up or Michaels. They are like 40+ inches long and then they have smaller ones half that size. They also sell some cute little jars which 2 packages of them fit on one of the smaller shelves for buttons and brads etc...

Dang time is slipping and I need to get to work - Have a fabulous dry week..

Here is a card i made this week with a digital image from Teddy Bo. I just love those little Bo images they so dang cute. This one I added a sentiment that I had from TLC images. Link is under digital images. I also used some paper from my stash and the cute punch border is a die from MFT's from last months release. The Flowers are from Wild Orchids.

I am so glad today is finally friday and it's actually maybe going to be nice and warm outside today. I can see the sunrise over the houses so that is a good sign. I am going to go to my parents house tomorrow and visit them and take my son and his gf out for lunch. But right now I am going to show you a card I made last weekend from Whimsey Stamps the designer is Chrissy Armstrong. They had a few birthday stamps come out and this is one of them. Isn't it too cute. I colored it in copics.

Before I forget I signed up for another Michelle Zindorf class in St. Cloud in a couple weeks. I've already taken them but I couldn't resist and it's not like I have done it since the last class a couple years ago so I think of it as a refresher... I can't wait. My sister lives in that town about an hour or so north of me maybe a little more. So I am going to meet her for breakfast that morning.

Wee Digital - Wedding Bears

So how is everyone's week going? I was off work yesterday so actually got some cards colored and just finished putting them together. Here is one of the Wedding cards I made from Wee Stamps. I made 2 others to give to upcoming weddings but this one I am putting on Etsy. I just love her digital images they are so cute. This one was of course colored with copics and I added the roses. The bears are 3d so they stand out. Any big plans for Easter. We are not doing anything but I am going to put a turkey in. Nothing major my daughter is working so just me and hubby and Aaron. Another Birthday Card

Hope everyone had a great week. We were suppose to get lots of snow today and now the forecast has changed thankfully. As I said in previous posts I am sooooo sick of snow. Anyways the gal that I made the previous Birthday card for wanted me to make a card for her sister. This is what I came up with. This is Stampvie's new stamp and colored it with markers and made parts of it 3d. I think it turned out very cute.... So any big plans for the weekend? None here I colored a couple images I will make into cards probably Saturday from Cat's Pajamas. I also ordered a few stamps for Birthday's from the new Whimsey Stamps Release from designer Chrissy Armstrong. Which I can't wait to get. I also bought a couple stamps from Wee Stamps (Digital) that I hope will be here when I get off work today. I think it said they take 24 hours to mail? Alright time for work..... Have a great day

Wild Orchid Flowers

Ok so I ordered these cases for my flowers cause I seen them on someone elses blog. Not thinking of course that I had very many and thought I would have a couple extra to save for the future. I ordered six of them and also the liners. I bought them at Consumer Crafts if you are interested. They were Protect and Store Scrapbook Box 12 x 12 (1203-66) & Tray Insert with Dividers 12 x 12 (1203-66TRAY). Anyways i started sorting mine by color and omg I have so many dang flowers I need more boxes. Plus I ordered more flowers that are postal right now. And knowing me I like pink i probably ordered the ones I already have LOL. Guess I better use these up first..

Getting Warm and a Birthday Card

I know I have been bad about blogging. I figured no one wanted to listen to my ramblings about what's been going on and I haven't been making any cards. I think I over due it every year at Christmas and then I don't feel like making them till closer to summer. It was so nice out today I finally got to wear capris and I have the door open. Even though it was overcast it was definitely beautiful.

A friend of mine at work her birthday is this week so I made this card for her cause she loves carousel horses. It surprisingly took me a long time to make. The doily behind the horse is from Papertrey they were finally in so I got it today. I bought the pal for it which helps you knock the little dots free. It was definately easier with that. Then the horse I believe is from Whimsey stamps it is one of Chrissy Armstrongs. My friend also wanted me to make a birthday card for her to give her sister. I will show you that probably tomorrow along with my horribly obsessed flower collection later also....

Boss's Birthday Card

So I wanted to show you guys this card I whipped up for my boss tonight. Do you think it's in appropriate? This lady for some reason reminded me of her and my boss has beautiful red hair. She doesn't seem to be into cuties cats and dogs like I make for everyone else and is always stressed so thought this would be ok? Anyways lighting is bad because I didn't take a picture with my light box since i brought it up to show my husband and i was too lazy to go back downstairs haha... So what do you think? I love these stamps they are way too cute but I wish they were a little bit smaller. As you can see this card is like 5.5 x 5.5. Well have a great evening..

Battle Los Angeles

Well it's finally the weekend. We went and seen that movie Battle Los Angeles tonight. If you like War Movies its a good movie except we were fighting aliens and not people. Aaron Ekhart was in it and he did a great job. So needless to say I didn't get done any stamping tonight.

First off I am showing you this beautiful image again by Elisabeth Bell. Are you getting sick of them yet. haha... This was colored in copics. Barely as you can see there isn't alot of coloring. The paper is from Papertrey Ink along with the cardstock.

As I was blog hopping tonight Markie's Mom is on my blog run and she had this great tutorial for stamping on Pop Cans and then spraying them with Copic Markers along with a beautiful card. Please check it out here on her blog.

It's still warming up I have a green spot of grass in my backyard... YIPEEE... Today was a great haul from the mailman. I got my stamps from 7kidscollege which I ordered the new Stampavie stamps I think I got 13 of them and also I got my Taylored Expression Card kit for this month. I ordered the stamps for this month too but they didn't come so must be back ordered. So hopefully I can get some of them colored and show you this weekend.. Until then.

Is anyone else having issues getting motivated since Daylight savings haha... I swear I can't wake up in the morning. It's hard getting use to waking up in the dark yet once again. They say it's suppose to be 50 outside today and we might get to see some of the ground again. Boy would that be nice. So I made a bunch of Elisabeth Bell cards for a customer of mine. She only wanted me to make 6 I think it was but I ended up making double that. I forgot how much I enjoy coloring her beautiful images. This is one that I did. Of course it's colored in copics and added some flowers with stickles. Well gotta go and put the garbages out since it's garbage day and then work. Hope everyone has a fabulous day....

I haven't really done anything new I have a super bad cold and don't feel like doing much of anything except being warm LOL. I did this card last week. I don't remember where you can buy it but its Elizabeth Bell. Unfortunately I stick all of hers in one binder so I don't remember if it comes from SCAD or Whiff of Joy or old Sugar Nellies. Hard to say. I just love all her images though they are so dang adorable. I got my new Copic sketchs also in the new colors. I love love love them. They look darker on the cover than what they actually are. The paper for this one I got from SCAD on one of the 6 x 6 paper pads she has there. Ribbon I had in my stash. Hope everyone has a great weekend. We are suppose to get hit by another snowstorm another 12 inches on Monday. I am seriously tired of snow as I have said in a million other posts LOL.

St. Patricks Day

So how is everyone's week going so far. It's only Tuesday and I know I shouldn't wish my life away but I do wish it was Friday. Wouldn't it be great if we never had to work. Unfortunately I do in about 20 minutes LOL. Anyways I made this little guy from Pink Cat designs I think it was. I know I've been hooked on this punch. I really wish I could find more that I like this much. I had the embellishments in my stash no clue where they are from. I got the paper from SCAD one of her 6 x 6 tablets. This is colored with copics of course which I should have my new ones probably tomorrow I can't wait. Hubby is gonna freak this is going to be a busy mail week. I have envelopes coming, padded envelopes, markers, papertrey order, my Stampvie order from 7 kids whenever those come in. Oh can't forget my tape for my ATG gun and also 20 sheets of EZ mount. You don't wanna know how much I spent but seriously why is it everytime I run out of something I run out of EVERYTHING all at the same time. I hate that. Ok gotta go grab another cup of coffee and head out into the snow and cold ..... did I mention I hate winter.

I don't know if you know this but over at FunkyKits there are new Gorjuss stamps coming out in March sometime I think. I preordered one set and am begging hubby to get me the other ones LOL. Anyways they aren't made by Sugar Nellies as this little gal is but they are still Gorjuss so therefore still Gorgeous... :-) I can't wait. So in honor of them here is my card I made this weekend. Isn't she too dang cute. Colored her in markers. Oh speaking of markers the new 12 sketch colors are making their way to the stores. I got mine from Icopic.com which 3 of the colors were already sold out but that's ok it gives me an excuse to order again when they come in. I also needed some more blending cardstock so I ordered that too and some refills. Dang I can spend alot of money at that place. Ok I gotta go have one more cup of coffee and then on my way to work...... Stay warm and enjoy your week..

Well last week we had 50 for a couple days then low and behold it gets freezin cold again and now we are suppose to get 12 - 15 inches of snow tonight and snow the rest of the week. Here is another card I made using a digital image I bought at Motivet. I am getting so bad I haven't taken or used regular stamps in a long time it's just so easy to use digital and you don't have to worry about any of the image being missed it's nice. Downside is that I have a whole collection of stamps I haven't used now. :-( and I just keep buying more what's with that. There are so many cute stamps coming out too pretty soon. I just love the new Stampavie stamps them are fantastic. And I just ordered some from Kraftin Kimmie but I need to order some more EZmount before I use them. I normal use the Aileene's tack it over or whatever it's called but if the stamp is of larger size that doesn't work very well. Also Penny Black is coming out with their new spring stamps which are adorable... So many decisions oh and I can't forget Paper Treys release on the 15th... Have a great day..

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Well I am done making Valentine Cards and onto the next Holiday which is St. Patricks Day. Not sure how many people celebrate it. I am a little Irish and I never have since I was younger and went to the bars for the green beer. All I can say is EWWW I don't know what I was ever thinking.

I colored this little cutie with copics. I found the paper in my scrap pile from last year and the image is Karen's Doodles which can be found on my side bar. Rick rack my mom had in her sewing stash she doesn't use anymore so I got it all. LOL.

I started back to the gym last night geesh I didn't realize how out of shape I was since I last went. I think every muscle in my body aches today. Well off to work so have a great day...

Wow we got hit bad yesterday 20+ inches of snow. But it's Minnesota right. Our snow blower broke today while my son was trying to get through the knee high snow and then he broke the shovel. Not his day that's for sure. Anyways here is a card I did this weekend from Mo's digital images which the card can be found on my etsy store. Paper Pretties Wednesday Challenge PWC131

Todays Paper Pretties challenge is to use punches.This is a new image designed by Victoria Case called Love Birds. You may remember this one from her site and I posted it a few times before when I was on her DT. I have always loved this image and now it has cool little sayings also. So for the challenge my punch is the gorgeous trim from a Martha Stewart punch. I colored the image in Copics and added lacquer to the nose and flower centers and feet. The sentiment comes with the set also along with some other ones.

I only have a couple more posting for Paper Pretties along with Shirleys 2 Girls and my contract is up. It will be nice to relax again lol. I think I have 2 more weeks left after this one and then I will just be posting whatever I work on again for the weekend.

I also hit a deer on my way to work this morning I felt horrible for it. But it was either the deer or the car on either side of me. I hit it going like 55 and my airbag didn't deploy so I am thinking maybe they don't work. But I was ok I can not say that for the poor deer and my car though. Poor deer I broke it's front legs. I was freaking when I called the highway patrol and couldn't even think of what road I was on. The poor deer pulled itself up and hobbled across the road. While I was trying to point to the cop where it was at another car started watching us and hit the car in front of him who hadn't seen it stop. Needless to say the cop was busy. I did $4000 damage to my car which sucks and now my husband is going to have to drop me off before he goes to work and pick me up when he gets home so my days will be 10+ hours at work a day waiting for him :-( Anyways hope everyone else is having a good day.

It seems like lately all that I have time to post is DT stuff. Hopefully that will change now that my time with Shirley's is done in December I think I will have a little more time. I thought I would show you tonight a card I made with Elisabeth Bell's new digi image. I just love her stamps. I just bought the new ones at SCAD's also. This one is gorgeous isn't it. I colored her in copics and added some crystal snow type stuff I bought last year. I bought these cute little paper pads from SCAD's this week too. I actually ended up buying 8 different ones.

So is everyone done Christmas shopping yet haha... I am done with about 95% and wrapped already. I just have my In Laws and my parents and then to pick up my husbands. I already know what I am getting him and he will love it. I'd tell you but just my luck he would read this so that would not be good. Anyways I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is that time a week for another Paper Pretties Wednesday Challenge. Today I am showing you a card that I made with last month's image Witch Sophia. I just love her to pieces. I colored this with copics on Copic Blending Cardstock and added her nose and little kitten with pail 3d. Oh I almost forgot the challenge is Green, Purple and Orange. So that is Halloween in a nutshell isn't it. Did you see all the gorgeous cards during the release for this month. Simply adorable. I will have another card to show you probably tomorrow.

Paper Pretties Wednesday Challenge PWC123

So we are here again for another Challenge. This week the challenge is to use "Black & White and another color" It's hard to use only a couple colors. For my other color I used Kraft. The rest of our DT stamps haven't arrived yet so I hope you ain't getting sick of this set. I just love it. But this is "Oh Christmas Tree" which will be available on Paper Pretties on Friday. I used little pearls for the Christmas decorations and the background piece actually has the little snowflakes from the set on it also if you can semi see them.

Paper Pretties Sneak Peak - Oh Christmas Tree

Here is another card I made using the "Oh Christmas Tree" set from Paper Pretties which will be available after the Blog hop on Friday. This was the same technique as yesterdays, which I embossed and then I added rhinestones for ornaments which you could use anything including brads or even circles you punch out with a small hole punch. Very versatile as I said I just love this set.

Oh Christmas Tree - Paper Pretties Preview

Today I am showing you a card I made from the Oh Christmas Tree set which will be available on Friday October 15th. This set is so versatile and there are so many things you can do with it. I've made a couple of cards so far and today I am just showing you this one. I will have more later in the week. This set comes with the background tree and then an upper tree with swirls on it. I used Gold embossing powder and embossed the upper one. It also comes with several stars, snowflakes and a couple sayings. It is adorable. Like the other stamps it stamped perfect every time. I was real impressed cause it didn't leave any white blotches like some of the other ones do that I have used. You can click on the thumb nails to get each picture up closed and see how well it stamps. My card is 5.5 in size. This card was very simple to do. I used my cuttlebug larger folder for the background and used my nesties punch for the frame of it, stamped and embossed and that was it. I hope you enjoy my card. Shirley's 2 Girls TT Challenge #77

Paper Pretties Wednesday Challenge PWC122

Today is our Wednesday Challenge at Paper Pretties which is a sketch. This sketch was a real challenge for me cause I couldn't figure out what to do with it. I ended up using the adorable Dog set from Victoria Case which is called Dog-Gone Birthday. Just a reminder these stamps are fabulous quality I just love them they stamp perfect every time. Also don't forget that Paper Pretties is under new Management and has excellent customer service and fast reasonable shipping. Also on the Paper Pretties Blog Heather is looking for new DT Members from January - June I believe of 2011. It's hard to believe that so much time has went by already since I joined the team it feels like yesterday. I have loved every minute of it. And also we have another release coming up which previews start on the 9th which is this Saturday. My days will be on Monday the 11th and our regular challenge on Wednesday the 13th and Release Day Blog hop which is Friday the 15th. But you know me if I can I will have some extra preview cards out there.

Ok onto my card I said that I used the Dog-Gone Birthday set. I colored it with copics. Not sure if you can tell the difference but I used the brand new copic blending paper. Did I notice a difference not really but this is the only thing I have colored with it so far. Added lacquer on the eyes and cute ribbon and a cute button, I also have the hat, foot and ears 3d. And check out my 2nd picture. That adorable saying comes with the set and so does that footprint along with a few other sayings and I think a couple of doggy bones.
