Another Postal Change

Today while my mailman was bringing me my mail he told me they were told today about a new Security Alert at the Post Office and instead of having it weighed at 16oz and over it now needs to be brought into the Post Office when it weighs 13oz and over..... Silly huh because you never know when someone might put a bomb in a flat rate envelope. But anyways its news for what its worth...
