Hedgie Graduation Card

Someone made a request for me to make some graduation cards for them. This is the one that I did. I just love this little hedgie. The background I just made a word document that said "Happy Graduation" on it as I had no actual graduation paper. I thought it worked out rather nicely. The numbers are cuttlebug numbers. Hedgie is done with Copics....

Wow time goes by so fast. I have been had and haven't posted in awhile. Seems with school ending I have been swamped with this and that. Not to mention which I think I did in previous posts my hubby bought me a kindle. I have been busy reading JR Ward the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I just love them they are so addicting. Victoria Case - Worm

Here is a card I made today using Victoria Cases worm image. Its so cute isn't it. Colored in copics. The background paper is the new cardstock from Papertrey called Rustic White. It is $9 for 50 sheets. It is my new favorite I just love it. Copics work great on it. Also she has some new

distress ink that works great too see the edges of my image. It's called Tea Dye duo. They both were released this month on the 15th.

Inky Antics - Chicks

Arn't these little chicks cute. I was looking for some other stamp and ran across this stamp which I have never used. Saying is from Inky too. This is colored in copics and parts are 3d. I actually had a charm to match it... I have to go digging for stamps more often lol... It is so beautiful outside today its like 80 outside but very windy. Love it though no snow... we enjoy it when we can cause it seems like summer flys by. Have a great week...

Taylored Expressions Get Well Cupcakes

Ok I promised you a card today. I finally got around to taking pictures of the cards I made on my days off. I didn't get to post them to ebay this week so will do it this weekend. I don't have enough dang hours in the day that is for sure.

I love Taylored Expressions little cupcake sets. I have a couple now. I usually try to buy 1 set each release if I have the money. This is the latest release of Get Well cupcakes. I just love em... These are smaller than I normally make so I could have an easier time filling the space. This is colored with copics and ran the background through my cuttlebug. Used a dew drop for the cherry... Graduation Dog

Ok My days off go by way too fast. I did however get alot of cards made. Only half of them I put on ebay and the other half I haven't even taken pictures yet. Seems like there are not enough hours in the day or week. This is one I made the other day. The dog is from Penny Black which I got at Dick's [HM Stamps] - The saying is from a clear set which was a Graduation set I believe Hero or Stampendous. I colored with Pencils and OMS. Background I ran through my cuttlebug.

I found listening to books on my IPOD make time go by so fast when I am making cards. I am listening to Charlaine Harris - Harper Connelly series and am on the 3rd book. It is sooo good. I finished all the Southern Vampire series which the 9th one just came out. Also have listened to all of Christine Feehan novels. You can always see what I am reading by my Good Reads update on the right side. LOL I love to read I get enthralled in my books. My husband recently bought me a Kindle and I am so loving it. They have a larger one out too but I like mine cause I stick it in my purse. Oh another thing off the subject I got my Whiff of Joy - Elizabeth Bell stamp kit today so I am gonna go do some laundry and mount them and then it's my Monday so back to work tonight.. Have a great weekend.

I have all the Riley's and only have used a couple of them since they are smaller. So today since I received my new ones. I dug this little one out and used it. Don't you think it turned out cute and look at the saying I found for the inside haha... I found it in my verses not sure who's it is? Maybe Hambo? Anyways I took Bailey to the vet today and her blood is stabilized which is good. They are sending it to a Dr. to see what they say and will try and ween her down a little bit on how much medicine she is taking. She may have to stay on a lose dose of steroids always those according to the vet... Hope everyone is having a great week..

It has been kinda slow at home with my cardmaking I just haven't really felt like doing much lately. Seems I am at the vet and other places more than I am home. I am glad summer is on its way though. Bailey has another vet appointment today to check her blood to make sure the steroid is working. They said she may have to be on it 6mths or so maybe longer depending. It makes her drink alot and eat alot... She even pee'd in our bed on night. That was pretty fun being 2am LOL. Too bad it wasn't on a night I was working. Well probably not a good idea it would probably be waiting for me when I got home haha.... I made a few Father's day cards this week for ebay will take some pictures maybe tomorrow to show you. Hope everyone is having a great week...

Victoria Case - Grape Fairy

I don't have a whole lot to show you this week. I was so busy I only got a couple cards made. I do however also have a couple new cards to show you that will be releasing at Spiral Whispers on Friday I think. They are adorable. But for todays card is by Victoria Case and it is her "Grape Fairy" which is available on her website as a rubber stamps. Again her rubber stamps are deeply etched. I get a great image every stamp. They also come in a colored picture of the stamps which is great. I love em... This little gal is colored with copics... Sentiment is random I don't remember who's stamp it is.

I had to bring Bailey to the Vet again she got sick again. I had them run multiple tests to find out what it was making her sick and they send her results to the hospital to have a pathologist look at them too. She has some sort of Anemia which Schnauzers get I guess. They put her on prednisone which is a steroid to make her body not get rid of her red blood cells which is the problem. She is producing them it is just that something is getting rid of them. Hopefully this works. We might have to have her on this stuff for a long time they said upwards of a year, maybe more. So she is now acting more like she normally does and has her appetite again. We are keeping our fingers crossed. She will be having more blood tests in 2 weeks to see if her blood has improved.
