Finally Friday

I am so glad today is finally friday and it's actually maybe going to be nice and warm outside today. I can see the sunrise over the houses so that is a good sign. I am going to go to my parents house tomorrow and visit them and take my son and his gf out for lunch. But right now I am going to show you a card I made last weekend from Whimsey Stamps the designer is Chrissy Armstrong. They had a few birthday stamps come out and this is one of them. Isn't it too cute. I colored it in copics.

Before I forget I signed up for another Michelle Zindorf class in St. Cloud in a couple weeks. I've already taken them but I couldn't resist and it's not like I have done it since the last class a couple years ago so I think of it as a refresher... I can't wait. My sister lives in that town about an hour or so north of me maybe a little more. So I am going to meet her for breakfast that morning.

Cats Pajama's Bunny

When I seen this bunny with this saying I just had to buy it. Isn't it too dang cute. Not much coloring on this one. I made the little wind things 3d and put a rhinestone on each one and then the little fuzzy tail.

So did everyone have a nice Easter. I made a Turkey breast and carrot cake for desert yummy... Have a great week...

Happy Easter

Hope everyone has a nice Easter. Here is another one of the cards I posted on Etsy yesterday. This one is a rubber stamp from artist Elisabeth Bell. I bought it from SCAD I can never remember what that stands for it's like Suzannes Custom Art Designs or something similiar the link is up under my favorites on the right hand side. There was like 6 of them in the release I think. Anyways colored in Copics of course and used my EK Success punch on this one. Have a great day...

Wee Digital - Wedding Bears

So how is everyone's week going? I was off work yesterday so actually got some cards colored and just finished putting them together. Here is one of the Wedding cards I made from Wee Stamps. I made 2 others to give to upcoming weddings but this one I am putting on Etsy. I just love her digital images they are so cute. This one was of course colored with copics and I added the roses. The bears are 3d so they stand out. Any big plans for Easter. We are not doing anything but I am going to put a turkey in. Nothing major my daughter is working so just me and hubby and Aaron. Well hope everyone has a great Easter and fantastic weekend.

Another Birthday Card

Hope everyone had a great week. We were suppose to get lots of snow today and now the forecast has changed thankfully. As I said in previous posts I am sooooo sick of snow. Anyways the gal that I made the previous Birthday card for wanted me to make a card for her sister. This is what I came up with. This is Stampvie's new stamp and colored it with markers and made parts of it 3d. I think it turned out very cute.... So any big plans for the weekend? None here I colored a couple images I will make into cards probably Saturday from Cat's Pajamas. I also ordered a few stamps for Birthday's from the new Whimsey Stamps Release from designer Chrissy Armstrong. Which I can't wait to get. I also bought a couple stamps from Wee Stamps (Digital) that I hope will be here when I get off work today. I think it said they take 24 hours to mail? Alright time for work..... Have a great day

Wild Orchid Flowers

Ok so I ordered these cases for my flowers cause I seen them on someone elses blog. Not thinking of course that I had very many and thought I would have a couple extra to save for the future. I ordered six of them and also the liners. I bought them at Consumer Crafts if you are interested. They were Protect and Store Scrapbook Box 12 x 12 (1203-66) & Tray Insert with Dividers 12 x 12 (1203-66TRAY). Anyways i started sorting mine by color and omg I have so many dang flowers I need more boxes. Plus I ordered more flowers that are postal right now. And knowing me I like pink i probably ordered the ones I already have LOL. Guess I better use these up first..

Getting Warm and a Birthday Card

I know I have been bad about blogging. I figured no one wanted to listen to my ramblings about what's been going on and I haven't been making any cards. I think I over due it every year at Christmas and then I don't feel like making them till closer to summer. It was so nice out today I finally got to wear capris and I have the door open. Even though it was overcast it was definitely beautiful.

A friend of mine at work her birthday is this week so I made this card for her cause she loves carousel horses. It surprisingly took me a long time to make. The doily behind the horse is from Papertrey they were finally in so I got it today. I bought the pal for it which helps you knock the little dots free. It was definately easier with that. Then the horse I believe is from Whimsey stamps it is one of Chrissy Armstrongs. My friend also wanted me to make a birthday card for her to give her sister. I will show you that probably tomorrow along with my horribly obsessed flower collection later also....

Boss's Birthday Card

So I wanted to show you guys this card I whipped up for my boss tonight. Do you think it's in appropriate? This lady for some reason reminded me of her and my boss has beautiful red hair. She doesn't seem to be into cuties cats and dogs like I make for everyone else and is always stressed so thought this would be ok? Anyways lighting is bad because I didn't take a picture with my light box since i brought it up to show my husband and i was too lazy to go back downstairs haha... So what do you think? I love these stamps they are way too cute but I wish they were a little bit smaller. As you can see this card is like 5.5 x 5.5. Well have a great evening..

Battle Los Angeles

Well it's finally the weekend. We went and seen that movie Battle Los Angeles tonight. If you like War Movies its a good movie except we were fighting aliens and not people. Aaron Ekhart was in it and he did a great job. So needless to say I didn't get done any stamping tonight.

Here is a card I did with an older Shirley's 2 Girls stamp. I colored it in copics and added some rhinestones. Paper is Papertreys.

First off I am showing you this beautiful image again by Elisabeth Bell. Are you getting sick of them yet. haha... This was colored in copics. Barely as you can see there isn't alot of coloring. The paper is from Papertrey Ink along with the cardstock.

As I was blog hopping tonight Markie's Mom is on my blog run and she had this great tutorial for stamping on Pop Cans and then spraying them with Copic Markers along with a beautiful card. Please check it out here on her blog.

It's still warming up I have a green spot of grass in my backyard... YIPEEE... Today was a great haul from the mailman. I got my stamps from 7kidscollege which I ordered the new Stampavie stamps I think I got 13 of them and also I got my Taylored Expression Card kit for this month. I ordered the stamps for this month too but they didn't come so must be back ordered. So hopefully I can get some of them colored and show you this weekend.. Until then.
