This is a new Penny Black stamp that I bought from HMstamps. I colored it with markers and made parts of it 3d. The background I took a piece of vellum from Papertrey Ink and embossed it in my cuttlebug. Isn't it just too cute. I also took my red stickles and went along the edge of the scallops as I couldn't find any red ep in my stash.
